Can we do quotes for services ?
yes we do but we recommend that to get an accurate idea of cost and services needed that you come in to the salon for free quote.
If  we quote over phone or via message we can not promise a price said because every individuals hair is different .
My hair is dark and i Want to go blonde or sliver ?
Going from dark to light will depend on your colour history and the condition of your hair it will definitely take time! and you will go through multiple colours before blonde. This type of change can often takes a few appointments spaced over a number of months to ensure your hair stays as strong and healthy as possible during the process..
Do we like pictures when changing styles or desired hair goal?
we love them and a few just so we can both have and equal understanding and can consult honestly with you .

How many weeks in advance do I need to book ?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance or book for next appointment after every service . Dates can be changed if necessary.Evenings ,Weekend and Christmas period appointments are our most popular times and we advice to book at least two appointments or two months in advance to avoid disappointment .

what night is our late evening ? 
our late evening is thursdays and at Christmas we may do an extra evening so watch Facebook for updates or call us  .
 
What happens if your late for an appointment?
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and give us a call if running late or can't make it before the appointment starts . Should you arrive late, we will do our best to keep your arranged appointments, however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure the stylists other clients for the day aren’t affected and we always have another client on waiting list to fill an appointment if you can't make it.
Do we cut woman children and mens hair ?
we have a dedicated barbers section for men and children and can cuts all lengths styles and desires and wiling to work with you to achieve a goal.
Do we take cards ?
Yes we do , we have facilities to take credit card and debit cards but we don't accept American express or amex .

Here are some simple things we ask to make sure that you and others enjoy the best possible experience when visiting Hair @ central .

  • In consideration for other clients we ask that all phones, iPads and other electronic devices be kept silent and if you really have to use them while stylist are doing your hair that you let them know politley or wait use devices while  relaxing or after appointment .
  • In order to maintain safe atmosphere, we have to ask when Children are in the salon to not play in our equipment such as chairs and not running in salon for their safety and ours but welcome all .
  • We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes/ shortening of your service or to call if not going to make appointment.
  • if you Unsure of what you would like done or want a change let us know your ideas so so we can book extra time for appointment just incase it requires extra time or services .
  • If you have a particular stylist please make sure you ask for them in particular when booking or you will be put with any of our lovely stylists.
